A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an EMEAI Payroll Manager at MKS, you will partner with HR, Compensation, Finance, and other teams to execute on a global strategy for payroll, time and attendance, absence, and benefits.
In this role, you will report to the Global Payroll Manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Managing the workload and providing expertise regarding EMEAI payroll processes/policies.
- Coordinating with HR, Compensation, Finance, and other players on payroll issues across EMEAI, including pay/compensation, time and attendance, benefits, bonuses, stock plan, etc.
- Managing and approving payroll for all EMEAI salaried, hourly, and multi-state employees, and overseeing payroll processes across all EMEAI countries.
- Ensuring all post payroll processing duties, reports, and filings are completed in a timely manner, and providing payroll reports as needed to the business.
- Acting as the point of contact with our external payroll processing partner and managing payroll communication with external vendors.
- Leading the management of all 3rd party payments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Leading Tax Year End activities for EMEAI payroll and being the single point of contact for audit requests.
- Managing payroll cases and collaborating with the team and various workstreams to resolve employee cases within the SLA timeframe and quality expectations.
- Being responsible for payroll operational controls, on time and in line with SOX controls.
- Identifying and driving process improvements across all payrolls and ensuring standardization.
- Troubleshooting any issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Leading any new implementation in the region, auditing processes, and ensuring best practices.
Skills You Bring:
- Minimum of 4+ years EMEAI payroll experience.
- Management experience.
- Ability to effectively analyze large amounts of data and present key findings to management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and is logical and analytical.
- Experience with Workday and Global payroll solution Highly motivated with strong customer service and quality work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail, completes transactions accurately, and has the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Highly organized and has the ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and collaborates excellently with colleagues, teams, and other functions.
- Dependable, honest and confidential.
- Ability to work in a flexible environment where requirements and procedures continuously evolve.
- English Fluent

Role based in Poznan with at least 8 days per month at the office required.
