HR Generalist

A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an HR Generalist at MKS Ophir - Romania, you will partner with all functions across our manufacturing site. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager Human Resources in Romania. The role is on site based in our new factory, check here - aici.
You Will Make an Impact By:

• Support in the execution of Business Strategy by implementing initiatives that positively impact our people according to corporate and business needs and guidance.

• Cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with local and corporate to align HR practices with business goals.

• Provide comprehensive support to local and corporate management on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

• Support & work with corporate COEs in order to implement locally different HR programs.

• Support key talent acquisition programs to enable the hiring of top-tier candidates into the organization.

• Be in charge of administrative labor activities according to Romania legislation.

• Offer support on key topics in order to support the growth of our Romania team.

Skills You Bring:

• Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English, demonstrated by experience working with multiple stakeholders in international environments.

• Experience in an HR Business Partner role or a similar capacity.

• Proven project management experience in implementing successful programs and initiatives.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a proven record of accomplishment of effective collaboration across teams.

• Proficient in managing and analyzing metrics to provide actionable insights.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
