Summary & Objectives:
MKS Instruments is seeking an exceptional mechanical engineer intern to join the team. In this position, you will be able to work for a fixed period in an industrial organization in the field of maintenance and operational support; learn about the organization, operation and business of a organization in Manufacturing & Chemistry sector; be able to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired during the studies to a concrete problem; acquire specific skills that cannot be acquired at university and gain better knowledge and understanding of tasks and responsibilities required in a professional working environment.
Principal Responsibilities:
Support in daily business operations in maintenance and production sector
Learn about basic and advanced operations in maintenance (preventive maintenance, planned and unplanned maintenance works)
Required Skills:
Enrolled in a High School program in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or relevant fields
Competencies:
Proficiency in English and Slovenian language.
Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work in a team.
Demonstrating skills as: Self-initiative, reliability and being accurate.
