The role requires familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, PowerShell or Linux, IPv4 networking, SQL Server, and enterprise storage technologies.

Manage and expand Milestone’s reseller and distributor network across Central Eastern Europe and Israel. Responsibilities include partner onboarding, relationship development, sales calls, online demos and webinars, distributor collaboration, event representation, opportunity tracking in Salesforce, and regional travel. The role focuses on channel sales growth, partner enablement, customer engagement, and increasing adoption of Milestone’s security technology solutions.

Lead design, governance, and optimization of Milestone's global partner programs across distributors, resellers, and system integrators. Manage program lifecycle, operational processes, partner onboarding, incentives, MDF, compliance, and team execution. Measure program performance, drive improvements with cross-functional partners, and present recommendations to senior leadership to grow channel revenue and partner adoption.

Develop and maintain modern React-based front-end solutions across design, implementation, delivery, enhancement, and defect resolution. Own technical quality, participate in code reviews, make prioritization and tradeoff decisions, and collaborate across teams. Build CI/CD workflows and containerized development environments while applying strong JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and HTTP knowledge. The role may grow into technical leadership, mentoring, and driving engineering best practices.

Provide frontline technical support to Milestone partners across phone, chat, and web channels. Troubleshoot IP networking, Windows, storage and relational database issues, resolve or escalate incidents per SLAs, collaborate with internal teams, and act as a trusted technical advisor on Milestone products.

Supports the Corporate Strategy Office through market, competitor, company performance, and strategic analyses. Conducts desk research, reviews external reports, synthesizes stakeholder interviews, and translates complex data into insights and recommendations. Develops executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and collaborates with teams across functions and geographies on strategic priorities while gaining experience in corporate strategy and management consulting.

Design, build, and operate scalable automation solutions and CI/CD pipelines for functional and non-functional testing. Ensure reliability, performance, and observability of automated validation systems through monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and KPIs. Collaborate with R&D and DevOps to integrate automation into delivery and continuously improve infrastructure and tooling.

Lead technical product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven, hardware-accelerated video analytics products. Define specifications, prioritize features, set performance and cost benchmarks, collaborate with engineering, gather customer feedback worldwide, and translate technical and market inputs into product requirements and designs.

Build and own an internal AI engineering platform (model gateway, agents, context handling, tooling, caching, guardrails, secrets, observability). Define standards and reference architectures, operationalize experiments, run evaluations and cost tracking, support on-prem/air-gapped deployments, and help product teams deliver compliant customer-facing AI features while driving adoption and measurable ROI.

Drive demand generation, partner and channel marketing, brand awareness, events, and localized digital campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. Collaborate with regional sales, channel and technology partners, and global marketing to plan, execute, measure, and optimize integrated marketing programs, manage budgets, build local references, and ensure brand compliance to grow market presence and pipeline.

Lead North America sales: set commercial strategy, exceed revenue targets, build and coach a high-performing regional sales organization, drive partner and enterprise relationships, improve pipeline/forecast discipline, increase multi-product and value-based selling, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver financial and operational performance.

Manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts across the South Pacific. Lead regional Finance, Accounting, IT, Legal, Facilities and Admin teams across APAC to ensure operational excellence, financial stewardship, compliance, and strong employee experience. Drive regional budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, tax and audit readiness, implement global initiatives locally, manage risks, and develop regional talent while partnering with Global Functions and Sales leadership.

Lead development of integrations between a VLM-as-a-service platform and Milestone XProtect and other VMSs. Build Smart Client features, backend Python APIs, and .NET components. Own end-to-end delivery, testing, deployment, monitoring, and L2 support. Design modular integration layers, automation, and documentation to improve operator workflows and production reliability.

Manage and grow a network of reseller partners in Australia by onboarding, supporting, and enabling partners; run online demos and webinars; drive sales through strategic calls; track opportunities in Salesforce; collaborate with field sales; and travel regionally to build relationships.
