Primary People & Culture partner for Americas Commercial (150–200 employees). Advise leaders, execute regional people strategy, coach on org design and performance, own employee lifecycle, lead employee relations and change, and coordinate talent, rewards, and people operations.

Design, build, and operate cloud-native, device-agnostic distributed systems using Go. Own architecture decisions, mentor engineers, promote testing and clean code, diagnose production issues, collaborate on roadmaps, and work with SRE to automate and improve reliability.

Design and build a turnkey on-prem platform for on-prem, hybrid, and air-gapped environments. Implement install/upgrade/rollback/recovery workflows, automation, backend services and APIs, observability, resiliency, and operational simplicity. Support air-gapped deployments, collaborate with product and support teams, and drive engineering standards and lifecycle-focused design.

Manage and grow channel partner portfolio across Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Turkmenistan. Support partner onboarding, qualify and nurture opportunities, prepare quotations, coordinate orders, maintain Salesforce data, and run enablement activities (training, webinars, events). Work remotely with occasional regional travel (~1 week/month).

Design, build, and validate AI PoCs and prototypes using LLMs, RAG, and agent systems. Translate business challenges into measurable AI solutions, define success criteria, ensure security, privacy, governance, and Responsible AI, integrate solutions with enterprise systems, and hand over validated solutions to delivery teams.

Lead global strategy to identify, negotiate, and close ethical data-sharing partnerships for AI training. Build novel licensing agreements, manage legal and compliance engagement, ensure privacy/anonymization, oversee secure data transfer, and represent the company with senior stakeholders and data providers.

Support sales by delivering technical demonstrations, designing and proposing Milestone-based video surveillance solutions, running PoCs, training partners, and ensuring successful implementation and integration across hardware, software, cloud, and third-party systems in the UAE.

Design, build, and maintain AI agent infrastructure for internal developer workflows and product features. Implement agent loops, context handling, tool integrations, caching, guardrails, evaluations, and cost tracking. Enable teams to adopt AI safely and compliantly (on-prem, air-gapped, EU AI Act, GDPR).

Build, test, and scale responsive web applications using React and modern front-end tech. Leverage AI tooling (Claude, Copilot, LLMs) to accelerate development. Own components end-to-end from frontend layout to API and AWS integration, ensure code quality, and collaborate with product and design teams.

Build and own an internal AI engineering platform (model gateway, agents, context handling, tooling, caching, guardrails, secrets, observability). Define standards and reference architectures, operationalize experiments, run evaluations and cost tracking, support on-prem/air-gapped deployments, and help product teams deliver compliant customer-facing AI features while driving adoption and measurable ROI.

Student role supporting EMEA Care team by preparing quotes, managing renewals/reactivations, engaging resellers/distributors, maintaining records in Salesforce, and providing licensing/pricing support to partners.

Manage and grow key end-user accounts in the CEE region, develop new business with direct end-users and A&E firms, maintain pipelines and CRM, coordinate with local sales teams, attend industry events and job sites, and pursue sales targets while strengthening stakeholder relationships.

Drive demand generation, partner and channel marketing, brand awareness, events, and localized digital campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. Collaborate with regional sales, channel and technology partners, and global marketing to plan, execute, measure, and optimize integrated marketing programs, manage budgets, build local references, and ensure brand compliance to grow market presence and pipeline.

Lead North America sales: set commercial strategy, exceed revenue targets, build and coach a high-performing regional sales organization, drive partner and enterprise relationships, improve pipeline/forecast discipline, increase multi-product and value-based selling, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver financial and operational performance.

Lead and coordinate complex customer and partner escalations across EMEA, liaising with technical and business stakeholders to drive resolution, run war rooms and executive briefings, perform root cause analysis, recommend improvements, and support major incident and crisis response activities to protect customer trust.

Develop and execute channel marketing plans with APAC distributors/resellers, manage partner budgets/MDF, activate co-marketing campaigns, ensure brand compliance, track performance metrics, and collaborate closely with regional/global marketing and sales stakeholders to drive channel growth.

Provide frontline technical support to Milestone partners across phone, chat, and web. Troubleshoot Milestone products, Windows, IP networks, storage and databases; resolve or escalate incidents, meet KPIs/SLAs, and collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge.

Lead development of integrations between a VLM-as-a-service platform and Milestone XProtect and other VMSs. Build Smart Client features, backend Python APIs, and .NET components. Own end-to-end delivery, testing, deployment, monitoring, and L2 support. Design modular integration layers, automation, and documentation to improve operator workflows and production reliability.

Manage day-to-day workplace operations across India offices including reception, vendor and landlord relationships, budget and procurement, workplace projects, IT readiness, employee onboarding/offboarding logistics, internal communications, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, compliant, and productive office environments.

Lead and execute strategic projects across the organization: define problems, run qualitative and quantitative analyses, prepare presentations for Executive Leadership and the Board, facilitate workshops, align stakeholders, and translate strategy into measurable business outcomes to support decision-making and drive growth.
