Own people partnerships for assigned business areas by coaching managers, advising on employee relations and performance, driving talent and reward processes, using people data, supporting workforce planning and organizational change, and facilitating recruitment and team interventions.

Develops and manages reseller and solution partners across Alberta and British Columbia, growing software and hardware sales. Responsibilities include partner onboarding, live product demonstrations, webinars, daily partner calls, opportunity management in Salesforce, sales forecasting, and collaboration with field sales teams. The role is fully remote but requires residence in a major city in Alberta or British Columbia and quarterly regional travel.

Drive new business and expansion opportunities for Milestone’s video management, analytics, and cloud solutions across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Build relationships with enterprise customers, government organizations, consultants, specifiers, and channel partners. Manage pipeline forecasting in Salesforce, create proposals, coordinate commercial activities, lead sales cycles, and represent the company at meetings and industry events. The role requires consultative B2B selling, regional travel, and fluency in a Nordic language plus English.
