Support automotive sales by processing orders in ERP/CRM, coordinating with sales/operations/finance, tracking order status, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accurate, timely vehicle delivery.

Lead media relations, craft and distribute press materials, secure coverage and speaking opportunities, manage brand events, monitor media sentiment, align messaging with marketing, and measure PR impact for brand and leadership communications.

Lead creative vision for short-form content across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. Sell vehicles through full sales cycle — handle walk-ins and digital leads, prepare quotes, negotiate, secure financing, coordinate delivery and registration, meet monthly sales targets, maintain CRM/ERP records, and cultivate long-term client relationships while monitoring market trends.

Oversee administration and facilities across head office and multiple showrooms, liaise with UAE utilities and government bodies, manage supplies and vendor SLAs, maintain licenses and compliance trackers, obtain quotations and negotiate, and support employee onboarding/offboarding and office logistics.

Handle vendor payments, invoice processing, reconciliations, and the Purchase-to-Pay cycle. Monitor petty cash and corporate cards, verify invoices and work orders, support vehicle release checks, track fines and government matters, maintain audit trails and SOP compliance, assist month-end close and reporting, and drive process improvements and internal controls.
