Own Milele Car Rental's full marketing function in Lahore: manage social media and organic growth, build content calendars, lead AEO strategy, coordinate with creative team and external agency, and monitor competitor pricing to inform promotions.

Manage end-to-end vehicle import, export, and local delivery logistics. Track shipments, resolve delays, liaise with freight partners, prepare import/export documentation and ensure UAE compliance. Manage end-to-end accounting for a Family Office: maintain books, post transactions, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, perform reconciliations, oversee documentation, liaise with auditors/tax consultants/banks, monitor cash flow, and ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality.

Produce AI-generated videos and visual content for automotive marketing; develop concepts, scripts, avatars, voiceovers, and storyboards; use prompt engineering and automation to scale high-volume content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn; maintain workflows, prompts, and content libraries.

Process and manage sales orders in ERP, maintain sales data and tracking sheets, coordinate with operations/finance/logistics for order execution, track and report order status, ensure documentation accuracy, support resolution of operational issues, and generate workflow and order reports.

Oversee administration and facilities across head office and multiple showrooms, liaise with UAE utilities and government bodies, manage supplies and vendor SLAs, maintain licenses and compliance trackers, obtain quotations and negotiate, and support employee onboarding/offboarding and office logistics.

Drive Lease-to-Own sales by responding quickly to inbound leads, following up consistently, closing deals to meet monthly targets, and generating new business through outbound prospecting and referrals. Lead long-form content strategy and production across YouTube and editorial channels. Create scripts, direct and produce videos, manage an editorial calendar, develop campaign concepts, analyze performance metrics, and optimize for retention and audience growth.

Handle vendor payments, invoice processing, reconciliations, and the Purchase-to-Pay cycle. Monitor petty cash and corporate cards, verify invoices and work orders, support vehicle release checks, track fines and government matters, maintain audit trails and SOP compliance, assist month-end close and reporting, and drive process improvements and internal controls.
