We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven Senior Demand Planning Specialist to lead demand planning and procurement coordination functions.
This role is critical in ensuring accurate forecasting, optimal inventory levels and efficient procurement, directly supporting business growth through data-driven decision-making and strong cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Forecasting: Develop and refine demand forecasts using data, trends, and sales inputs
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, aging inventory, and replenishment cycles
- Procurement Coordination: Manage end-to-end procurement (PFIs, POs, supplier follow-ups, delivery tracking)
- Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and performance
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide planning team, ensuring timely execution and accountability
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations for seamless planning
- Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs, build reports, and provide actionable insights
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement in planning processes
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain or procurement
- Prior experience in automotive, trading, or distribution industries preferred
- Strong Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
- Expertise in forecasting, inventory management, and procurement
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Matrix or similar)
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-8 years experience in demand planning, supply chain, or procurement
