Create daily social media graphics, realistic AI-generated images and videos, short- and long-form video edits, presentations, PDFs, and client-facing brand materials. Build reusable templates, prompt libraries, and brand asset kits while maintaining visual consistency and correcting AI outputs in Photoshop and Premiere. The role requires strong skills in graphic design, AI content production, realism, composition, lighting, and color, with fast delivery under daily deadlines.

Own the acquisition, onboarding, activation, and ongoing management of Introducing Brokers across South Asia, Africa, and MENA. Responsibilities include sourcing partners, completing KYC and CRM onboarding, explaining rebate structures, driving referred-client activation, managing partner performance, resolving commission and portal issues, maintaining pipeline data, flagging abuse, and representing the brokerage at industry events.

Leads Milele Prime’s entire IB, affiliate, signal provider, and partner channel. Owns acquisition strategy, commercial terms, P&L, partner targets, onboarding, risk controls, affiliate operations, reporting, and team performance. Negotiates strategic partnerships, manages rebate and revenue-share structures, oversees CRM and partner portal workflows, and represents the broker at industry events across Dubai, Cyprus, South Asia, and Africa.
