What You’ll Do
- Process and manage sales orders in ERP systems with accuracy
- Maintain and update sales data, tracking sheets and system records
- Coordinate with operations, QC, logistics and finance teams for order execution
- Track order status and provide real-time updates to the sales team
- Ensure proper documentation (orders, delivery updates, reports)
- Support the resolution of operational issues impacting sales execution
- Generate reports on order status, pending tasks, and workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in sales support, coordination or operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
- Good understanding of sales and operational workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Understanding of CRM systems, automation tools and AI-driven mindset
- Work in a fast-growing automotive business in the UAE

Skills Required
