Lead Lusha’s product marketing team and own positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, product launches, partnerships, and sales enablement. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Design to translate complex technology into compelling customer value. Use market research, competitive intelligence, voice-of-customer insights, and performance measurement to influence product direction and drive business results across global markets. Manage team strategy, goals, development, and execution while applying AI tools.

Build and ship end-to-end features for Lusha’s core products, spanning production React frontends, Node.js backend services, APIs, databases, and large-scale data systems. Own features through deployment and monitoring, use AI-native development workflows, optimize PostgreSQL queries, and collaborate with users and cross-functional teams. The role is hybrid in Tel Aviv with three office days weekly.

Lead a team of 4–6 BI Data Engineers while owning Lusha’s BI platform roadmap, architecture, data foundations, semantic layers, governance, quality, and delivery. The role combines people leadership with hands-on data engineering, advanced SQL and Python, modern data stacks, CI/CD, observability, FinOps, and GenAI-assisted development. Responsibilities include translating business needs into governed metrics, mentoring engineers, leading cross-functional initiatives, and improving analytics engineering through AI and agentic workflows.

Own end-to-end analytics foundations, including data models, pipelines, semantic layers, BI infrastructure, data quality, and observability. Partner with Data Science and business stakeholders to create trusted metrics supporting Product, GTM, and Finance. Mentor team members, establish engineering standards, lead cross-functional initiatives, and use GenAI to improve analytics development speed and accuracy. The role is hybrid in Tel Aviv with three office days weekly.

Own and evolve Lusha’s shared data platform across Databricks, Kafka, CDC, Airflow, Elasticsearch, AWS, Kubernetes, and databases. Build and operate reliable batch and streaming pipelines, improve performance and cost, establish governance and observability, automate manual processes, and lead cross-team architecture initiatives. The role also requires daily use of AI coding tools and building LLM, agent, and MCP-based platform workflows.

Own full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise customers: prospect, map stakeholders, apply MEDDPICC, negotiate, and close deals. Leverage GenAI and AI tools to improve prospecting, deal strategy, and pipeline execution while meeting revenue targets in a hybrid Tel Aviv role.
