At Lusha, we’re building for builders. We build fast and AI-first, so we look for builders. By a builder, we mean someone who turns “maybe” into “done”.
We’re looking for a Senior Content Writer to create content that truly resonates with GTM professionals and builders. At Lusha, we help GTM teams and AI agents generate more revenue with trusted B2B data and intelligence. Sales and marketing teams use our data to find the right buyers, and a growing number of AI agents and workflows use it to prospect, enrich and act on their own. You’ll explain that world in a way people can understand and act on.
Working closely with our Content Director, you’ll take strategic priorities, product insights and market opportunities and turn them into original content for the US B2B market. You’ll write across website copy, landing pages, blogs, thought leadership, email campaigns, customer stories and product content, and own each project from brief to publication.
AI is part of how we work, and that goes for content too. Experience with AI tools is a must. We expect you to use them for research, ideation and drafting, while the angle, the voice and the final call stay yours.
This is a hybrid role based in Tel Aviv, with 3 days a week in the office.
This might be for you if:
- You love finding the angle that makes a piece worth reading, not just describing product features.
- You get excited about explaining AI, data, APIs and GTM technology in a way that’s simple without losing substance.
- You already work with AI tools every day and know when they help and when they flatten your voice.
- You’re curious about how AI agents are changing the way revenue teams work, and you want to write about it.
- You ask smart questions, interview experts and turn what you learn into accurate, engaging content.
- You like challenging predictable approaches and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- You enjoy working with product marketing, growth, sales and subject matter experts.
- You want to see your content noticed, understood, shared and clicked on, and you use performance data to keep improving it.
- 5+ years of professional content writing or copywriting experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills, with a natural, engaging voice and a sharp eye for clarity.
- Proven experience writing for the US B2B market and its audiences, language and expectations.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and GTM, including sales and marketing processes, buyer journeys, demand generation and the challenges facing revenue teams.
- Genuine interest in technology and AI, with the curiosity to understand technical products and explain concepts like AI agents, data enrichment and APIs simply.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, ideation and writing, while keeping independent thinking, originality and editorial judgment.
- Creative thinking and strong editorial judgment, including original angles and compelling headlines.
- Experience writing across multiple formats, such as websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns and product content.
- Strong research and interviewing skills.
- A proactive, collaborative and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- A strong portfolio of published B2B work that shows your writing quality, creativity, versatility and understanding of your audience.
Nice to have:
- Experience writing about sales technology, revenue intelligence, B2B data, AI agents or developer-facing products.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance tools.
- Experience working closely with product marketing, growth and demand generation teams.
- Experience creating content for both business and technical audiences.
To apply: please share your CV and a portfolio of published work, preferably including website copy, campaigns and B2B articles targeting US audiences. We want to see not just how well you write, but how you think.
