Develops and manages master production schedules by balancing customer demand, forecasts, inventory, materials, labor, equipment, and production capacity. Monitors schedule performance, shortages, bottlenecks, and delivery risks; coordinates corrective actions across Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Engineering, and Quality. Requires deep expertise in analog, digital, mixed-signal, embedded, current-sensing, power-electronics, EMC, and product-safety engineering.

Designs and qualifies embedded firmware for safety-critical solid-state electrical components and systems. Responsibilities include firmware architecture, unit and system testing, automated test development, safety-process implementation, DFMEA, hardware bring-up, compliance testing, supplier and manufacturing support, reliability qualification, and project updates. Requires extensive ARM firmware experience across bare-metal and RTOS environments, embedded communication protocols, cryptography, debugging tools, and safety-critical applications.

Provides product engineering oversight for silicon products and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include yield and reliability improvement, cost reduction, quality and profitability management, failure analysis, process improvement, new product development support, data analysis, and SPICE-based product optimization. Leads regional lean and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations.
