Serve as the primary technical interface for C&K Switch and Sensor customers: answer technical inquiries, qualify and develop new business opportunities with Sales and Product teams, support product demos and trainings, gather market intelligence, and collaborate with R&D for product development.

Own workshop safety, drive zero recordable injuries, lead continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/6S), resolve people/machine/material/method issues via tier meetings and Gemba walks, hire/train operators, and collaborate with engineers and other departments to improve quality, reduce cost, and support customers.
