As a Sales Engineer – Latin America, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth of Littelfuse's Industrial Business Unit (IBU) with a focus on Protective and Monitoring Relay (PMR) products. You will work closely with distributors, OEMs, engineering consultants, and end users to deliver technical and commercial solutions, while promoting Littelfuse as the partner of choice across the region.
About the Job:- Act as the primary point of contact for all sales and technical support within the assigned territory.
Drive product specification and adoption through direct engagement with customers, designers, and system integrators.
Support and train channel partners, including agents and distributors, through webinars, in-person visits, and technical seminars.
Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline, managing leads and converting them into successful sales outcomes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide product feedback, support troubleshooting efforts, and align on strategic growth objectives.
Conduct regular business forecasting and provide insight into market trends, competitor activities, and potential product development ideas.
Represent Littelfuse at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to elevate the company's presence in the region.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; MBA is a plus.
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Solid understanding of electrical circuits, control and protection systems.
Proven technical sales experience in the industrial or electrical sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with sales channels including distributors and manufacturer’s agents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
