Sr. Treasury Analyst

Reporting to Treasure Manager, you as a Sr. Treasure Analyst, you will be responsible for the local treasury daily operations of assigned scope; Interco Loan administrator and FX trader for the region; ensuring Littelfuse companies are compliance with foreign exchange control and group policies and supporting the Treasury projects and initiatives.

• Perform daily cash management responsibilities including the preparation of supporting docs, central bank declarations/reporting, monitoring of bank balances, treasury related reports, funding of bank accounts and the sweeping of any excess liquidity.
• Support bank account management, local banking platforms maintenance etc
• Prepare and support cash flow and related working capital forecasting through collaboration with the FP&A function, business unit finance and supply chain of responsible countries (ie Vietnam, Singapore and Hong Kong entities)
• Interco Loan administrator of the region - ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely payments, and compliance with relevant regulations
• FX trader of the region - analyzing market conditions, executing FX trades, and managing cash flows, while also providing analysis and updates to management
• Support in implementing treasury strategic initiatives and projects, i.e, investment, cash repatriation, controls, compliance and process improvements and etc.
• Good understanding of current regulations of foreign exchange controls of responsible countries (i.e. Vietnam) and assist in develop effective financial arrangements, process, and control to ensure compliance
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor or university degree Preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field. MBA is preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Minimum five years’ experience in Treasury related, especially FX trading, cash pooling, intercompany Financing and etc.
• Familiar with Exchange Controls in APAC, especially Vietnam
• Experience with Accounting system, MAPICS/ JDE is preferred.
• Must be PC proficient, advanced knowledge in MS Office, Excel and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting.
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory and high attention to detail skills required.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
