Reporting to the IT Leader you as IT Engineer will be responsible to installs, configures, tests, and maintains operating systems, application software, and system management tools
About Job.Installs, configures, monitors, and maintains operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
Provides Tier 1 level help desk/operations support, handling escalated technical issues and providing advanced operational assistance.
Ensures the safety and protection of servers, laptops, desktop computers, and other devices by deploying and maintaining the latest antivirus software.
Supports remote users with VPN installations and provides ongoing support.
Other duties as assigned.
Location: Matehuala, S.L.P. Hybrid role, 70% site, 30% home office.
Bachelor of or university degree / IT Engineer or similar.
4+ year's experience.
Excellent time management abilities.
Good analytic skills.
English proficient.
High level of verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
