Partners with iGaming leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, onboarding, performance, engagement, retention, employee relations, compensation, and offboarding. Collaborate with Product Development, contribute to project status and completion reports, follow SQA procedures, participate in code reviews, and support process improvement initiatives.

Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and release testing for land-based gaming software. Identify, reproduce, and report defects; troubleshoot QA environments; create and maintain test cases; validate fixes; and ensure releases meet quality and regulatory standards. Develop and maintain Java-based software products and services across on-premises and cloud environments. Lead end-to-end technical integrations with game providers and online casino operators, from scoping through go-live. Supports end-to-end marketing programs across Australia and New Zealand, including product launches, sales enablement, customer activations, events, tradeshows, campaigns, and sales collateral. Coordinates agencies, vendors, stakeholders, marketing tools, and internal platforms while tracking campaign metrics and lead generation. The role also supports marketing strategy, forecasts, presentations, calendars, and sales-team education. Serves as the bridge between art and engineering for game development. Develop and execute test plans and scripts for gaming products under senior supervision. Reproduce issues, use required tools/databases, follow software test methodologies, and support SQE functions. Work with Visual Studio, C/C++, Linux/Unix, and Windows desktop applications; automation and gaming or embedded experience are advantageous.
