Position Summary

Team shift managers have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

  • Monitoring the activities and performance of live Game Presenters to ensure they are following all rules and regulations set forth as well as maintaining energy on camera.

  • Ensure Game Presenters are providing excellent customer service to guests, suggesting improvements with Game Presenters.

  • Creating and updating the monthly Game Presenter schedule.

  • Constantly review staffing needs and recommending increase/decrease in staffing levels to coincide with business demands.

  • Preparing pre-shift meeting documentation, conducted daily.

  • Conducting studio walks when on duty.

  • Conducting monthly one-to-ones with Game Presenters.

  • Attending Operational meetings with Management.

  • Organizing and updating overtime, sickness, leaves, absences following company procedure.

  • Carry the role of Game Presenter with excellent performance whilst on Shift when required.

  • Maintaining constant communication with the Game Presenter team.

  • Assisting in the recruitment process when required.

  • Assist in the Game Presenter uniform management.

  • Maintaining a dynamic, energetic, and motivated work environment.

  • Assisting in the training of new employees regarding their responsibilities within the studio.

  • Assist Managers and Supervisors to ensure that the operation is being managed in accordance with company standards.

  • Maintain an active energetic, presence on the gaming floor.

  • Works hand in hand with security to ensure the safety of guests and Team Members. 

  • Resolves guest complaints and assist with guest incidents.

  • Provides regular communication with all levels of management with recommendations on improving effectiveness of operations.

  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

The available shift is the Night shift: 10:50pm - 7:00am.

  • TV, film, acting, acting coaching experience preferred.

  • This role is on a shift basis - Monday to Sunday with Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts.

  • Must be able to work holidays and weekends if required.

  • Previous managerial experience would be considered an asset but not required.
