Lessen Direct is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lessen with a mobile technician workforce focused on supplementing the business through self-performance capabilities. In other words, instead of outsourcing Turn, Renovations, and Repairs & Maintenance work to vendors, we perform a portion of this work ourselves through our in-house talented Maintenance Technicians.
