Lessen Direct - A Mobile Technician Workforce
Lessen Direct is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lessen with a mobile technician workforce focused on supplementing the business through self-performance capabilities. In other words, instead of outsourcing Turn, Renovations, and Repairs & Maintenance work to vendors, we perform a portion of this work ourselves through our in-house talented Maintenance Technicians.

It also supports account onboarding, vendor relationships, meetings, projects, and occasional travel to assess vendor opportunities.

We are hiring now for roles on the Lessen Direct team. Our Maintenance Technician is a great role to start your career with us. The right candidates will have broad experience handling general HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, toilets, painting, flooring, appliances, doors, walls/drywall, and minor exterior work. Prior maintenance experience working at a large multi-family property, or within the single-family rental industry is a plus. Other roles on the team include HVAC Technician, Field Resource Coordinator, Customer Support Coordinator, and Field Maintenance Manager.
