Conduct operational audits across manufacturing, quality, procurement, supply chain, inventory, and related functions. Identify control gaps, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities; strengthen procurement and supply chain controls; assess quality systems; benchmark best practices; and drive process simplification, digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement using SAP S/4HANA.

Supports mechanical product data activities, including data modeling for assemblies and modules, product configuration data preparation, material number classification, process documentation, and internal customer coordination. The role requires mechanical engineering knowledge, pump construction and manufacturing process familiarity, strong MS Office skills, and exposure to CAD, configuration software, SAP, or ECTR environments.

Sells pumps, spares, and related services to existing and prospective customers, contractors, end users, and municipalities. Responsibilities include identifying components, finding faults onsite, preparing SAP quotations, processing and tracking orders, coordinating with factory and production teams, managing customer updates, maintaining project records, following up on leads, handling claims, and expanding market share while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Develops customer relationships and drives sales of pumps and valves through technical consultation, quotations, tender handling, supplier coordination, order expediting, project meetings, and customer support. The role requires interpreting technical drawings and product data sheets, providing product training and technical information, maintaining CRM records, liaising with consultants and end users, and supporting business development through regular client visits.

Leads FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, management accounting, profitability analysis, and performance reporting across North America. Partners with senior leaders to assess risks, opportunities, operational drivers, and financial results; develops scenarios, dashboards, and decision-support analyses; challenges assumptions; and drives corrective actions and value creation. The role also improves management accounting processes, reporting consistency, ERP and planning solutions, and cross-functional financial decision-making.

Leads Standard Alloys’ finance and accounting function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, working capital, controls, audits, and ERP transformation. Serves as the General Manager’s primary financial business partner, focusing on manufacturing performance, profitability, operational decision support, and continuous improvement. The Controller also manages the finance team, ensures IFRS and statutory compliance, improves legacy ERP reporting and data quality, and supports future system migration.

Provides second-level support for Windows 11 rollouts, Microsoft Intune device management, Autopilot, Entra-registered and Entra-joined devices, software deployment, patching, compliance, and device lifecycle activities. Monitors dashboards and reports, troubleshoots incidents, coordinates software packaging, documents solutions, escalates complex issues, supports pilots, and improves runbooks and operational processes.

Develop and troubleshoot embedded firmware on hardware targets using C, C++, and Zephyr. Design embedded systems, work with operating-system coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces, and hardware subsystems. Read schematics and component datasheets, use configuration and defect-tracking tools, participate in peer reviews, and produce technical documentation. Collaborate across international teams and travel abroad up to once per year.

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for IIoT. Mentor teams and ensure security practices.

Develop and execute system tests for a cloud-based platform connecting software with hardware devices. Responsibilities include validating backend functionality and data transmission, maintaining automated test cases, managing defects, performing regression testing, contributing to test strategy, and ensuring quality, performance, security, and reliability standards. The role collaborates with developers, test engineers, product owners, and other product teams throughout the software lifecycle.

Designs, develops, and maintains end-to-end IoT applications across frontend, backend, and cloud services. Builds React.js interfaces, Node.js or .NET Core APIs, AWS Lambda services, microservices, and event-driven systems. Maintains GitLab CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. Ensures code quality through architecture, testing, and reviews while collaborating with product, UX, DevOps, and architecture teams.

Manage customer orders from placement through delivery, ensuring sales plans, advance collections, documentation, inspections, approvals, and order-status updates are completed on time. Coordinate project kickoff meetings with customers and internal teams, monitor technical document submissions and inspection releases, support non-moving stock diversion, prepare MIS reports, and periodically visit major customers to facilitate seamless execution of large orders.

Supports industrial presales activities, including offer preparation, order booking, technical documentation, feasibility coordination, and customer technical reviews. Coordinates with regional and branch offices and cross-functional teams on PAN India project business. Reviews and closes technical points in QAPs and specifications, manages special product requirements, conducts contract reviews, and ensures booked orders are properly handed over.
