Support EHS regulatory compliance for IFMG plants by developing and administering EHS programs, conducting audits and inspections, coordinating OSHA and environmental agency responses, performing industrial hygiene testing and accident investigations, maintaining safety equipment, and managing environmental monitoring and reporting.

Lead M&A and strategic initiatives for Performance Minerals EMEA & APAC: manage M&A pipeline, prepare business cases, support transactions, lead strategic projects, consolidate plans, analyze market/internal data, and present recommendations to senior management.

Provide technical support for pre- and post-sales in Paper & Board: support commercial teams, lead customer trials and product qualification, drive customer-driven innovation, manage quality issues, represent the company externally, and develop segment technical strategy. Provide monthly/quarterly market and competitor analysis for RAC end-markets, including import/export stats, market shares, competitor profiles, financials, and macro indicators. Support Indian leadership with reporting, M&A screening/profiling, dashboards, and presentations. Use Excel/PowerPoint and market databases to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

The Processing Operative-2 operates production equipment for shredding and blending, performs equipment checks, maintains cleanliness, and meets production targets.

The Manufacturing Controller / Cost and Production Analyst ensures accurate cost calculations, monitors financial data, reconciles inventory, and oversees accounting for production at the plant level.

Support rollout of continuous improvement programmes across UK manufacturing sites by facilitating workshops, coaching managers and teams, analysing performance data, delivering training, and embedding CI methodologies to drive sustainable operational improvements.
