Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
As a Commercial Development Manager in the area of Polymers for Industrial Applications, Construction and Consumer Goods, your role is to:

Develop new customers according to our short and long term strategy targets aiming to maximise sales and profitability of our products.

Take charge of the management of these new customers until they come normal sales to our portfolio
-
Be responsible for 2 key accounts which are also leaders to their domain and drive growth

Drive business development within Europe

Participate in the development of the commercial strategy for your perimeter
-
Be responsible for the commercial development and the profitability of the activity on all the markets present in your area
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hygiene Safety Environment missions: Ensure compliance with safety rules, educate teams on preventive measures to achieve our safety objectives
Commercial plan building, execution & monitoring
-
Develop relationships with potential customers to ensure business growth and profitability according to our short and long term strategy with the support of the marketing team.

Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

Develop and implement sales plans to promote the company’s products following the market opportunities.

Negotiate contracts and deals with the newly acquired customers.
-
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-up calls.
-
Develop and maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape.

Work with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience: S&T, Customer Service, Operations etc.

Participate in the implementation of development strategies including analysis and action plans are in place

Account management at 2 medium accounts; negotiating short term and long term contract, Identify growth/ profitability improvement opportunities (using CRM opportunity management functionality) and advance the relationships with customers in order to fully capture them

Apply the company’s pricing policy
JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business related field or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years experienced as a sales person
