Design and develop scalable Java backend systems using Spring Boot and microservices. Develop software for HOS using Java, microservices, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, SQL and NoSQL databases, Maven, Gradle, and AWS. Apache Flink and hospitality domain knowledge are preferred.

Leads service delivery across a portfolio of software projects, owning P&L, budgets, timelines, quality, program controls, customer relationships, and stakeholder management. The role manages cross-functional teams, resolves delivery risks, ensures customer commitments are met, and drives Agile software development practices. It requires extensive software delivery leadership, strong communication, empathy, change management, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Leads customer experience growth through RFPs, proposals, deal shaping, account mining, and integrated UX, UI, and mobile solutions. Serves as the primary CX customer interface, presents digital transformation capabilities, builds senior stakeholder relationships, and supports delivery governance. Oversees engagement health, KPIs, customer satisfaction, escalations, solution alignment, estimation, and cross-functional coordination across sales, delivery, and practice teams. Also partners on data governance and emerging AI/ML and data architecture solutions.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, low-latency data integration and pipeline platforms. Provide solution and application design, implement high-performance backend services, drive API-first architecture, conduct code reviews, support CI/CD and observability, participate in on-call rotations, lead technical workshops, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Provide L1/L2 application and product support for aviation passenger solutions in a 24/7 rotational environment. Investigate and resolve production, billing, and customer issues within service levels; perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis; collaborate with DevOps, SMEs, partners, and customers; create support documentation and reports; monitor applications; and ensure compliance with ITSM escalation and support procedures.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Build secure, scalable REST APIs and responsive reusable user interfaces, integrate internal and external systems, troubleshoot frontend and backend issues, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with UX/UI and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Designs and evolves reusable Java backend frameworks and platform components, leads large-scale modernization and migration initiatives, and resolves complex distributed-systems issues. The role establishes architecture standards, API and security practices, and deployment patterns across Spring, Kafka, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and database platforms. It also builds technology proofs of concept, mentors architects and engineers, drives AI-assisted development and observability adoption, and collaborates with architecture, product, and engineering stakeholders.

The Dynamics 365 Developer will develop and deliver solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, focusing on customer service functionalities and integrations with Azure services.

Define CX and design vision, offerings, and POVs for Travel & Hospitality. Build industry-specific solutions and apply expertise in regulated or operationally complex environments (airlines, aviation, payments). Maintain UX/HCI certifications and drive practice and strategy for CX initiatives.
