Design and produce professional, brand-consistent presentation templates and slides. Translate complex business content into clear visuals, infographics, diagrams, icons, and data visualizations. Ensure strong layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy while supporting stakeholder communication and maintaining attention to detail.

Serve as primary customer contact for product support: troubleshoot issues, escalate complex bugs, document tickets, create knowledge base content, collaborate with engineering and product teams, ensure SLAs and high customer satisfaction, and participate in QA and product improvement.

The manual tester will conduct end-to-end QA for airline applications, focusing on PSS functionalities, collaborating in Agile teams for testing and defect tracking.
