Provides HIV counselling and testing, health education, psychosocial support, risk assessments, referrals, and linkage to care for adolescent learners. Captures and verifies service data using MyHope, DHIS, and Excel; supports statistical reporting and record management. Oversees HIV self-screening and SRHR commodity vending machines, including stocking, connectivity, usage monitoring, and issue escalation. Engages learners, TVET staff, suppliers, and project stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with program protocols.

Coordinate and oversee HIV and AYP programme implementation across higher-education campuses. Manage stakeholders, staff, resources, site operations, quality improvement, compliance with DOH HTS guidelines, reporting, and donor and government engagement. Provide technical guidance, monitor service delivery and commodity availability, supervise field teams, organize orientations and site visits, and represent the organization in stakeholder forums and technical working groups.

Provides legal advice to executive leadership and Boards, manages contracts, legal risks, litigation, compliance, policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory matters. Supports Board and Committee secretariat functions, including meeting coordination, minutes, resolutions, statutory records, and reporting. Oversees external counsel, due diligence, audits, stakeholder and regulator engagement, and ethics initiatives. Requires an LLB and at least seven years of relevant legal, governance, compliance, risk, or company secretariat experience in the South African context.

Facilitates learner onboarding, orientation, accredited training, assessments, coaching, mentoring, and progress monitoring across multiple training sites. Maintains attendance, learner records, assessment readiness, and regulatory compliance under QCTO standards. Supports learner retention and completion, addresses barriers to learning, provides feedback, submits reports, and participates in curriculum improvement and facilitator development initiatives.

Directs clinical services strategy and operations across mobile clinics, telemedicine, and multiple care sites. Oversees clinical governance, quality, compliance, risk, budgets, fleet management, staffing, patient coverage, emergency response, and medical disability assessments. Leads stakeholder engagement, Department of Health relations, business development, reporting, and executive initiatives. Ensures compliance with HPCSA telemedicine guidelines, maintains clinical standards, and manages medical professionals and departmental performance.

Provides individual, group, telephonic, and online psychological counseling; delivers mental health, suicide prevention, and gender-based violence programs; supports crisis response and referrals; trains healthcare workers and counselors; manages stakeholders; supervises teams; monitors service delivery; and prepares data, performance reports, and recommendations for program improvement.

Provides campus-based nursing and public health services, including screening, HIV and TB support, reproductive health assistance, phlebotomy, counseling, referrals, health education, telemedicine follow-up, infection control, and clinical recordkeeping. Manages medical supplies, specimens, waste, clinic assets, reporting, and staff coordination. Requires compliance with South African Nursing Council standards and collaboration with health facilities and multidisciplinary teams.
