Provides HIV counselling and testing, health education, psychosocial support, risk assessments, referrals, and linkage to care for adolescent learners. Captures and verifies service data using MyHope, DHIS, and Excel; supports statistical reporting and record management. Oversees HIV self-screening and SRHR commodity vending machines, including stocking, connectivity, usage monitoring, and issue escalation. Engages learners, TVET staff, suppliers, and project stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with program protocols.

Coordinate and oversee HIV and AYP programme implementation across higher-education campuses. Manage stakeholders, staff, resources, site operations, quality improvement, compliance with DOH HTS guidelines, reporting, and donor and government engagement. Provide technical guidance, monitor service delivery and commodity availability, supervise field teams, organize orientations and site visits, and represent the organization in stakeholder forums and technical working groups.

Provides legal advice to executive leadership and Boards, manages contracts, legal risks, litigation, compliance, policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory matters. Supports Board and Committee secretariat functions, including meeting coordination, minutes, resolutions, statutory records, and reporting. Oversees external counsel, due diligence, audits, stakeholder and regulator engagement, and ethics initiatives. Requires an LLB and at least seven years of relevant legal, governance, compliance, risk, or company secretariat experience in the South African context.
