Plan, schedule, and manage the ministry’s social media presence across major platforms. Develop content calendars, publish approved campaigns, coordinate visual assets with creative teams, engage online communities, monitor trends, escalate sensitive issues, and report on reach, engagement, and follower growth. The role supports brand awareness and community engagement while meeting monthly performance goals.

Leads church-wide community engagement, outreach, member support, pastoral care coordination, volunteer development, small-group programs, campus expansion frameworks, budgeting, performance management, and reporting. Builds connected communities, develops leaders, supports new church plants, measures engagement and transformation outcomes, and ensures programs align with strategic objectives and resources.

Oversee adult church ministry maturity initiatives, including small-group growth, spiritual development, volunteer and leader recruitment, training, and leadership pipelines. The role develops programs, teaching resources, engagement systems, and progression frameworks; manages the Maturity Unit; monitors participation, retention, leadership growth, and attrition; and provides reports and interventions aligned with church priorities.

Supports organizational strategy execution by translating leadership priorities into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable targets. Coordinates strategic initiatives across ministry, enterprise, foundation, music school, campus expansion, and regional workstreams. Tracks performance through dashboards and scorecards, prepares progress reports, conducts strategic research, identifies risks and implementation gaps, facilitates planning sessions, and supports governance frameworks and standard operating procedures.

Provides administrative and office support to church ministry leaders, including scheduling, records management, communications, event logistics, volunteer coordination, inventory, expense tracking, invoice processing, financial reporting, and visitor assistance. Coordinates activities across multiple ministry teams and serves as a communication link among leaders, volunteers, staff, and congregation members.

Leads planning, design, construction, and renovation projects from concept through handover. Coordinates architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, permits, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, testing, and documentation. Supervises project and procurement staff, monitors site progress, resolves construction issues, reports to facility leadership, and ensures projects meet specifications, deadlines, and budget requirements.

Leads Harvesters’ marketing, communications, brand, digital, social media, content, events, and public relations strategy. Advises executive leadership, manages the marketing and communications team, oversees vendors and budgets, maintains brand consistency, leads crisis communications, and tracks campaign performance and return on marketing spend. Supports fundraising, donor communications, and organizational outreach across all campuses and channels.

Oversees the administration, spiritual health, leadership development, and growth of church small-group cells within an assigned zone. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and training, mentoring leaders, providing pastoral care, submitting reports, supporting recruitment and assimilation, resolving conflicts, mobilizing prayer participation, and representing the church in community outreach activities.

Supports the Senior Pastor by managing calendars, correspondence, meetings, travel, expenses, records, and office workflow. Leads personal assistants and front office staff, coordinates events and logistics, prepares reports and materials, handles sensitive communications, tracks projects, and manages administrative processes, supplies, and guest arrangements.

Coordinates church missions and evangelism programs, including outreach strategies, mission events, volunteer recruitment and training, ministry partnerships, member engagement, fundraising, mission calendars, and budgeting. Serves as the church’s missions specialist and equips members and ministry leaders for local and international service.

Leads Harvesters’ brand and content strategy across multiple digital platforms and social media accounts. Oversees platform managers and creative specialists, ensures consistent messaging and visual identity, approves content, tracks performance, coordinates cross-functional teams, and reports brand risks and results to the Chief Marketing Officer. The role also develops content calendars, supports team growth, and applies brand guidelines across all channels.
