ROLE DEFINITION
The Zonal Coordinator (ZC) holds the fourth cadre of leadership within the Harvesters Small Groups system. The ZC oversees the administration and spiritual health of the cluster of cells within an assigned Zone (defined by geography or interest group), ensuring alignment with the vision, mission, and strategic goals of the church's cell ministry.

•Partly employed or running a profitable business.
•A member of the church; may be new to the cell system.
•Demonstrated track record of obedience and alignment to the vision and statutes of the Harvesters Small Group Community.
•Demonstrated track record of integrity amongst members.
•Evident leadership skill and capacity to develop others.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Administration
•Oversee and ensure implementation of organizational policies and small-group strategic initiatives within the Zone.
•Organize and coordinate regular zonal meetings, training sessions, and leadership development activities.
•Submit weekly KRA reports and conduct weekly one-on-one performance reviews with Cell Leaders.
Spiritual Oversight & Pastoral Care
•Provide pastoral support to cell leaders and members within the Zone.
•Facilitate mentorship, discipleship, and “Next Step” conversations to deepen spiritual growth.
•Mobilize members to daily morning prayers/devotionals and weekly Zonal Prayers, driving strong participation among leaders and members.
•Encourage unity, cooperation, and sound doctrine among zonal leaders.
Leader & Volunteer Development
•Identify, train, and mentor cell leaders and volunteers to improve effectiveness and readiness for role assignment.
•Drive weekly outline reviews, monthly podcast distribution/review, and informal one-on-one training with leaders.
•Support recruitment and onboarding of new leaders and volunteers within the Zone.
Growth, Care & Assimilation
•Drive new cell growth and maintain healthy average cell attendance.
•Conduct weekly one-on-one engagement with leaders and monthly membership calls to strengthen assimilation.
•Apply the Pastoral Care Standard for celebrations and member support.
Community Engagement & Conflict Resolution
•Represent the Zone/church at community events and outreach initiatives.
•Mediate conflicts among leaders or members, escalating appropriately and applying disciplinary guidance in line with church policy.
•Support crisis-response efforts affecting members within the Zone.
Requirements
Prior leadership experience in a faith-based, ministry, or nonprofit setting is an advantage; new entrants to the cell system with strong leadership potential may be considered.
Working knowledge of, and demonstrated alignment with, the Harvesters Small Group Community vision and statutes.
Experience mentoring or developing others is preferred.
