Leads church-wide community engagement, outreach, member support, pastoral care coordination, volunteer development, small-group programs, campus expansion frameworks, budgeting, performance management, and reporting. Builds connected communities, develops leaders, supports new church plants, measures engagement and transformation outcomes, and ensures programs align with strategic objectives and resources.

Leads church community engagement across campuses, including volunteer and small-group development, member support, pastoral care coordination, outreach, events, community programs, budgeting, performance management, and reporting. Builds scalable community frameworks for new church plants, develops leadership pipelines, tracks engagement and transformation outcomes, and ensures programs align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable results.

Oversee adult church ministry maturity initiatives, including small-group growth, spiritual development, volunteer and leader recruitment, training, and leadership pipelines. The role develops programs, teaching resources, engagement systems, and progression frameworks; manages the Maturity Unit; monitors participation, retention, leadership growth, and attrition; and provides reports and interventions aligned with church priorities.
