Provide technical product expertise and sales support to wholesale business customers: identify and develop accounts, present and demonstrate products, prepare quotations and proposals, coordinate orders with internal teams, provide after-sales technical support, and record activities in CRM while meeting sales targets.

Install, repair and maintain residential and commercial roofs using shingles, metal panels and membrane systems. Measure, cut and fit materials, install flashing, vents and gutters, remove old roofing, inspect for damage, prepare estimates, follow safety procedures, use fall protection and maintain tools and jobsite cleanliness.

Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, monitor dining room flow, coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen, supervise front-of-house staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and maintain reservation logs and shift notes to ensure smooth service.
