Main Duties- Draft and edit business correspondence, newsletters and publications for internal and external distribution.
- Prepare, review and process regulatory forms, permits and submissions according to established procedures.
- Maintain organized filing systems and electronic records, ensuring accurate indexing and retrieval.
- Respond to routine inquiries by phone, email or mail and route complex matters to appropriate staff.
- Coordinate publication schedules, mailings and distribution of documents and materials.
- Compile data and prepare reports, summaries and logs for management review.
- Secondary school diploma; completion of an office administration or related post-secondary program is an asset.
- Minimum 1–2 years of clerical experience handling correspondence, records or regulatory documents.
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
- Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records.
