Provide accurate bookkeeping and accounting support to maintain financial records and assist with month-end and year-end processes. Prepare and organize financial documentation to support reporting, audits, and operational needs.

• Maintain general ledger entries and perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections follow-up.
• Prepare payroll calculations, remittances, and maintain payroll records as required.
• Compile data and assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and budget schedules.
• Support tax preparation and regulatory compliance by preparing schedules and gathering required documentation.
• Assist with internal and external audits and implement accounting procedures and internal controls.

• Diploma or certificate in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.
• Minimum one year of practical bookkeeping or accounting technician experience.
• Proficiency with computerized accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
• Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles, standard accounting practices, and month-end procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion and maintain organized records.
