Oversee digital marketing, site merchandising, customer experience, analytics (GA4, Power BI), vendor relationships, and cross-functional initiatives. Build executive reporting, prioritize platform enhancements, and develop the eCommerce team to meet revenue, conversion, and profitability goals.

Support the Design Director to develop the Siena Dresses collection from research and sketches through prototypes. Conduct trend, fabric, and trim research; create sketches and technical packages; manage sample development and fittings; source fabrics and trims; collaborate with production, sales, and overseas partners to ensure design integrity, fit, and commercial viability while managing multiple projects and timelines.

Support Levi's ladies outerwear product development by managing samples, trims, BOMs, color palettes, technical drawings, sample logistics, vendor communications, and PLM/Excel documentation to meet seasonal deadlines.

Manage wholesale accounts for DK Handbags, cultivate retailer relationships, present and sell product lines, collaborate with merchandising and visual teams, analyze sales data, maintain orders and inventory, create financial and location plans, and execute brand initiatives.

Support the Design Director to develop BCBG women's dress collections from research and sketching through prototypes. Create sketches, CADs, and tech packs; source fabrics and trims; manage sample development and fittings; collaborate with production, merchandising, technical design, and sales; coordinate with overseas vendors; and manage multiple projects to meet seasonal deadlines.

Support seasonal sportswear design from concept through production: create sketches and tech packs, source fabrics and trims, manage PLM/BOM data, communicate with domestic and overseas factories, attend fittings, prepare samples and CAD presentations, and maintain development documentation to meet brand and financial goals.

Design and develop a commercially viable women's contemporary dress assortment from research and sketches through final samples. Conduct trend and fabric research, create technical packages, support fittings and revisions, source fabrics/trims, coordinate with overseas partners, and collaborate with production and sales to meet deadlines and maintain brand integrity.

Support VP of Sales in managing and growing wholesale accounts for Converse. Assist with seasonal strategies, buyer meetings, assortment planning, order entry, shipment tracking, showroom setup, sample management, sales analysis, and cross-functional coordination with logistics and operations to ensure on-time delivery and strong client communication.

Manage fabric, trim, and sample development for French Connection, coordinating with design, vendors, and cross-functional teams to meet development timelines and market deadlines while tracking deliveries and organizing samples.

Support apparel design development by creating sketches and flats, preparing tech packs and BOMs, sourcing fabrics/trims, maintaining PLM data, coordinating domestic and overseas sampling, attending fittings, and producing CAD presentations and line sheets to meet production timelines.

Support production team across pre-production and production stages for BCBG suits: manage WIP reports, issue POs, prepare buy charts and initial costing, track samples and development milestones, communicate with global vendors, attend fittings, and use PLM/AS400 systems.
