Teams at G-III Apparel Group

Manages apparel product development activities, including fabric and trim development, sample tracking, factory development charts, deliveries, documentation, and milestone deadlines. Coordinates with design, vendors, suppliers, sales, merchandising, marketing, production, and sourcing teams. Conducts competitive market research and maintains product data in PLM systems while supporting multiple product categories and high SKU volumes.

Supports handbag production and costing by maintaining cost data, requesting factory pricing, coordinating ex-factory dates, tracking samples, analyzing reports, and processing invoices. The role works with factories, vendors, internal teams, sales, and overseas offices while using Excel, AS400, and related production systems. It requires strong organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Supports the in-house legal team with contract approval, execution, filing, and legal technology administration. Coordinates intellectual property filings, brand protection, compliance, privacy, risk, litigation support, corporate governance, licensing, business records, invoices, and vendor onboarding. Maintains legal systems, assists with technology and AI training, manages confidential information, supports attorneys, and drives process improvements across global business regions.
