Lead enterprise technology portfolio and PMO governance for a global retail organization. Prioritize, govern, resource, and financially manage initiatives (including M&A integrations), oversee vendor and SOW management, ensure compliance (SOX, PCI, SDLC), drive change management, and mentor project managers to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lead and deliver multiple enterprise technology programs including SaaS, cloud migration, M&A integrations, and commerce/platform initiatives. Manage full project lifecycle, budgets, governance, cross-functional teams, vendors, risks, and executive reporting. Drive PMO best practices, change management, and technology portfolio prioritization to align projects with business strategy and operational readiness.

Drive revenue and profitability for assigned specialty store wholesale accounts by developing sales strategies, managing inventory and margins, analyzing performance, building client relationships, coordinating with Design and Merchandising, producing booking reports, and traveling to accounts to grow business.
