The Operations Manager will oversee daily activities, coordinate logistics, manage KPIs, maintain supplier relationships, and lead the operations team in a fast-paced environment.

The 3D Exhibition Designer interprets client briefs, creates exhibition stands using Revit, produces 3D visualisations, and collaborates with internal teams and clients.

Interpret client briefs and model exhibition stands; produce 3D visualizations, renders and walkthroughs; create annotated floorplans, elevations and mood boards; support tender projects, costing sheets and finish specs; collaborate from concept to completion and use AI tools to streamline design.

The Industrial Designer will manage exhibition systems' integrity, lead product development, oversee suppliers, and create training documentation.

The Installation Manager oversees installation and de-installation across exhibition projects, leads teams, ensures quality, provides training, and manages operations support, communication, and administrative tasks.

Lead the fabrication and assembly of custom exhibition stands and displays, supervising staff, maintaining quality, managing stock, and ensuring safety standards.

Work directly with the CEO to solve business and operational problems: research markets and investments, produce recommendations, communicate with senior stakeholders, drive projects from concept to execution, and create structure in fast-moving environments without step-by-step direction.

Coordinate exhibition and event projects by monitoring progress, producing status reports, managing documentation and bookings, tracking deliverable deadlines, maintaining calendars and run sheets, managing supplier and venue databases, analyzing risks, assisting with budgets, and ensuring client requirements are met.

Translate 3D design concepts into fabrication-ready technical drawings and CNC files using Revit and AutoCAD. Prepare and optimise CAM/CNC files, maintain Revit templates and libraries, collaborate with design and project teams, support fabrication and installation, produce artwork specs, assist with 3D visualisations, and mentor junior staff to ensure buildable exhibition stands.

The 3D Exhibition Design Automation Lead will enhance design workflows through AI tools and automation, leading to smarter exhibition concepts and documentation processes.

Create, capture, and edit photo/video content at events and behind-the-scenes; write platform-tailored copy and CTAs; manage scheduling, publishing, and community responses; plan monthly content calendars, track meaningful performance metrics, and collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership to improve content effectiveness.

Design, build, and maintain automations and integrations across business systems using n8n, Power Automate, Azure services, and SQL. Troubleshoot sync issues, develop internal tools and dashboards, support Power BI reporting, document solutions, and train staff on improved workflows.

Manage office operations, document control, compliance, vendor relationships, onboarding/offboarding, budget tracking and Xero reconciliations. Maintain WHS and safety records, coordinate events and travel, implement process improvements, and use Microsoft 365, SharePoint, BambooHR and other tools to ensure smooth workplace operations.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Australia and Philippines roles: partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, source via LinkedIn/Seek/JobStreet, conduct structured interviews, shortlist candidates, maintain pipelines and trackers in BambooHR/Excel/Microsoft Forms, and report hiring metrics to HR and Business Operations managers.
