🔍 What You’ll Do
- Respond to IT helpdesk tickets promptly, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed.
- Support users via Teams or remote desktop, guiding them through solutions step-by-step.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks, device setup, and permissions management.
- Maintain IT asset registers and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Document incidents, SOPs, and known issues for future reference.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve processes and automate repetitive tasks.
✅ What You Bring
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (may be ongoing).
- 1+ year of IT support or help desk experience (internship or part-time acceptable).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows troubleshooting, and remote support tools.
- Strong communication skills for guiding non-technical users.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
