🔍 What You’ll Do
- Monitor daily progress of projects and create status reports for account managers and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, approvals, and bookings (rigging, catering, site services).
- Track deadlines for key deliverables: pitch, sign-off, production drawings, artwork, pack list, handover.
- Maintain project calendars and master run sheets for smooth execution.
- Handle supplier and venue databases, and manage project status reporting.
- Analyze risks and opportunities, assist in budget preparation, and ensure client needs are met.
✅ What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and project management tools.
- Experience with HubSpot, AroFlo, Tsheets or similar software is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
