The Role

About the role: 

Expo Centric is on the lookout for a creative and technically skilled Mid-Level 3D Exhibition Designer to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about transforming ideas into immersive exhibition experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—this is your chance to make an impact. 

 

As a 3D Exhibition Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting visually compelling and buildable exhibition stand designs tailored to the Australian market.

What You’ll Do: 

 

  • Interpret client briefs and model exhibition stands using Revit. 
  • Produce 3D visualisations and renders using Revit, Twinmotion, or Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Create detailed design presentations including elevations, floorplans, mood boards, and walkthroughs. 
  • Generate costing sheets and collaborate with account managers to align designs with budgets. 
  • Work closely with design managers and internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers. 
  • Leverage AI tools and rental inventory calendars to streamline design efficiency. 
  • Support marketing efforts with 3D visuals for other segments of the Expo Centric brand. 

 

What You Bring: 

 

  • 3+ years in exhibition, trade show, or related design fields. 
  • Proficiency in 3D modelling (Revit preferred), rendering software (e.g., Corona Render), and Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Strong visualization skills and an eye for design. 
  • Ability to interpret briefs and design within brand guidelines. 
  • Knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, and modular systems (e.g., Octanorm, beMatrix) is a plus.
