Build and lead Energy CX's compliance function: design systems of record, signing-authority policy, escalation matrix, and training; manage multi-state regulatory/licensing (PUC) filings; review, redline, and execute contracts; translate counsel guidance into operational policy and partner with outside GC.

The IT Systems Engineer will manage IT operations, ensure security compliance, and oversee cloud infrastructure including AWS and DigitalOcean. Responsibilities include device management, help desk support, and implementing security policies.

As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals, focusing on the energy market.
