Generate new business opportunities by prospecting commercial real estate firms and manufacturers. Responsibilities include making 300+ cold calls weekly, sending cold emails, qualifying prospects, expanding professional networks, booking exploratory meetings, and supporting the VP of Sales during client discussions. The role requires a self-motivated, competitive sales hunter who can learn the energy procurement and commercial real estate industries and work independently in a results-oriented environment.

Build and lead Energy CX’s SMB sales function. Initially sell hands-on while learning the product and industry, then hire, coach, and develop BDRs into high-performing account executives. Responsibilities include establishing sales systems and playbooks, managing pipeline reviews, tracking KPIs, forecasting revenue, hiring and onboarding representatives, and building talent pipelines for middle-market and enterprise teams.
