Candidates should demonstrate proven sales experience, product knowledge, communication, self-motivation, computer aptitude, and familiarity with San Antonio and Austin. Purchasing experience is desirable but not required.

Develop dealer-market sales and business opportunities for hardwood, panel, composite, decorative, and specialty products. Represent the company professionally, provide customer service, identify new products, create demand, develop marketing programs, coordinate with branch management, manage co-op funds, and present products and services for approval. The role also supports customer product meetings, maintains product and warranty knowledge, and tracks applicable codes and requirements.

Sell building materials to dealer-market customers while representing the company professionally and providing strong customer service. The role requires proven sales experience, knowledge of products such as Hardie siding, trim, softwood lumber, plywood, and other building materials, strong communication, self-motivation, self-discipline, computer aptitude, and collaboration with an Inside Sales representative.
