Generates branch sales through telemarketing and direct customer contact, supports outside sales, manages product availability and ordering, assists with pricing, coordinates special orders and direct shipments, verifies inventory and deliveries, and performs billing, credit, and other branch administrative duties.

The Outside Sales Representative will develop and maintain customer relationships, represent the company professionally, provide strong customer service, and drive market growth. The role requires proven industrial sales experience, product knowledge of hardwood plywood, composites, decorative panels, and specialty products, strong communication, self-motivation, computer aptitude, and teamwork with inside sales representatives. Purchasing experience is desirable but not required.
