Own the lifecycle engagement of a defined segment of healthcare professionals. Design trigger-based journeys, analyze campaign and cohort data, run experiments, and provide product feedback. Collaborate with content, design, and platform teams to improve doctor engagement and platform usage.

Plans, coordinates, and evaluates continuing medical education programs while ensuring accreditation, compliance, documentation, budget, and quality requirements. Manages faculty, vendors, stakeholders, timelines, submissions, learner records, evaluations, reports, and program outcomes. Supports audits and identifies improvements to learner engagement, operational efficiency, and educational effectiveness.

Assist with moderating and hosting virtual medical webinars, coordinating doctors and speakers, onboarding presenters, performing technical checks, sending session communications, and managing recordings, documentation, and follow-ups. Develop and maintain scalable Python APIs, data pipelines, and AI/ML services. Collaborate with researchers and data scientists to deploy and optimize machine learning models connected to data warehouses. Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrate AI models with backend systems, write maintainable code, participate in code reviews, mentor developers, and contribute to agile software delivery.

Edit and enhance doctor-led video content using color correction, motion graphics, audio balancing, and other advanced techniques.
