Assist with moderating and hosting virtual medical webinars, coordinating doctors and speakers, onboarding presenters, performing technical checks, sending session communications, and managing recordings, documentation, and follow-ups. The role requires strong English communication, confidence, professionalism, and flexibility for rotational shifts and occasional weekend sessions.

Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement initiatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. Create social copy and creative briefs, amplify healthcare professional and KOL content, support events and webinars, monitor audiences, and analyze performance metrics. Collaborate with medical content, design, video, PR, product, business development, agencies, and other stakeholders to strengthen CLIRNET’s healthcare technology brand and professional engagement.

Make outbound calls to doctors and healthcare professionals to register and engage them in sessions. Maintain CRM and database records, meet daily and monthly calling targets, answer queries, conduct follow-ups, and communicate professionally in English and a regional language. The role requires strong communication and convincing skills, basic computer knowledge, and comfort working with multilingual audiences.
