Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement initiatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. Create social copy and creative briefs, amplify healthcare professional and KOL content, support events and webinars, monitor audiences, and analyze performance metrics. Collaborate with medical content, design, video, PR, product, business development, agencies, and other stakeholders to strengthen CLIRNET’s healthcare technology brand and professional engagement.

Make outbound calls to doctors and healthcare professionals to register and engage them in sessions. Maintain CRM and database records, meet daily and monthly calling targets, answer queries, conduct follow-ups, and communicate professionally in English and a regional language. The role requires strong communication and convincing skills, basic computer knowledge, and comfort working with multilingual audiences.

Develop and maintain scalable Python APIs, data pipelines, and AI/ML services. Collaborate with researchers and data scientists to deploy and optimize machine learning models connected to data warehouses. Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrate AI models with backend systems, write maintainable code, participate in code reviews, mentor developers, and contribute to agile software delivery.
