Handle incoming customer calls for account issues including balances, overdrafts, debit cards, online/mobile banking, loan payments and disputes. Use City Bank systems (log calls in Synapsys), maintain confidentiality, follow policies, meet team goals, participate in quality reviews, and may be cross-trained on PBX. Work scheduled shifts with rotating Saturdays.

Provide customer-facing support for commercial lending: prepare new loans and maintain existing loan files, gather CIP and borrower documentation, enter data into Verafin and Silverlake, coordinate loan closings and document ordering, manage UCCs and lien perfection, process payments and disbursements, scan and organize loan packages, handle customer service requests, and assist with SBA and government-guaranteed loan documentation.

Originates, underwrites, services, and collects indirect auto loans through dealer relationships. Manages loan documentation, analyzes applicants' creditworthiness, negotiates loan terms, approves loans within authority, refers larger requests to Loan Committee, and supports customers and colleagues to maximize portfolio performance and minimize risk.

Work set shifts with rotating Saturdays and escalate complex issues to leads or managers.

Responsible for originating, underwriting, documenting, and servicing consumer loans in accordance with bank policy and regulations. Interview applicants, analyze financial information and creditworthiness, establish and negotiate loan terms, manage loan portfolio performance, collect past-due accounts, perform customer site inspections, advise clients on financial matters, sell bank products, and prepare loan submissions for committee approval as needed.

Review alerts, watchlists, CTRs, CIP/CDD exceptions, high-risk customer files, OFAC searches, and flagged online account applications. Prepare regulatory reports, maintain CTR exemptions, perform EDD as directed, use computer and specialty software, represent the bank professionally, and participate in required training.
