Processes and resolves deposit account exceptions, NSF items, chargebacks, ACH credits, Positive Pay decisions, account adjustments, returns, refunds, and account closures. Maintains account analysis services, applies service charges, prepares statements, reviews reports, and supports customers and Deposit Operations. Ensures accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, timely transaction processing, and professional internal and external customer service.

Supports commercial lending operations by accepting credit applications, collecting borrower and collateral documentation, preparing loan and closing materials, coordinating appraisals and title work, scheduling closings and inspections, processing funding, payments, wires, advances, and payoffs, perfecting liens, tracking exceptions, and assisting borrowers and loan officers. Maintains records in banking systems and ensures loan documents and compliance requirements are accurate and complete.

Provides first-level technical support to bank employees through phone, tickets, email, Teams, and in-person channels. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues, performs password resets, manages support cases, configures and provisions IT assets, assists with onboarding and offboarding access, maintains hardware records, and supports desktop administration, imaging, installations, upgrades, and after-hours on-call service.

Provides customer service and administrative support for mortgage lending, including taking applications, pulling credit, ordering loan documents and inspections, managing files through closing, coordinating with realtors and title companies, handling post-closing follow-up, and assisting with adverse actions and delinquent appraisal issues.

Responsible for originating, underwriting, documenting, and servicing consumer loans in accordance with bank policy and regulations. Interview applicants, analyze financial information and creditworthiness, establish and negotiate loan terms, manage loan portfolio performance, collect past-due accounts, perform customer site inspections, advise clients on financial matters, sell bank products, and prepare loan submissions for committee approval as needed.

Underwrite and analyze credit for current and prospective borrowers, prepare loan memoranda, ensure compliance with underwriting policy, support lenders and senior management, mentor/train credit staff, participate in credit reviews, and complete required external advanced credit training.

Provide customer-facing support for commercial lending by preparing new loans and maintaining existing loan files. Duties include CIP and credit checks, creating CIFs, coordinating loan closings and document ordering, reviewing loan documents, managing UCCs/liens, processing loan disbursements and payments, handling ACH/wires/cashier's checks, scanning and tracking loan packages, and supporting SBA/government-guaranteed loan documentation.
