Resolve deposit account exceptions and non-routine transactions (DDA/GL, NSF, chargebacks, Positive Pay, ACH, debit card adjustments). Provide customer support, maintain documentation, apply fees, process returns/refunds, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting Deposit Operations.

Solicit customers and dealer partners to originate and service indirect auto loans. Underwrite dealer-submitted applications, manage and collect on past-due accounts, prepare loan documentation, support funding, and advise customers on financial matters. Maintain dealer relationships, recommend loan committee items, and ensure lending complies with policy and regulations while representing the bank in the community.

Responsible for originating, underwriting, documenting, and servicing consumer loans in accordance with bank policy and regulations. Interview applicants, analyze financial information and creditworthiness, establish and negotiate loan terms, manage loan portfolio performance, collect past-due accounts, perform customer site inspections, advise clients on financial matters, sell bank products, and prepare loan submissions for committee approval as needed.

Provide customer-facing support for commercial lending: prepare new loans and maintain existing loan files, gather CIP and borrower documentation, enter data into Verafin and Silverlake, coordinate loan closings and document ordering, manage UCCs and lien perfection, process payments and disbursements, scan and organize loan packages, handle customer service requests, and assist with SBA and government-guaranteed loan documentation.
