Provide daily resolution of Treasury Solutions client issues, support onboarding and implementation of TS products, assist officers with client expansion and retention, handle escalations, maintain TS reports, and ensure compliance with bank policies while delivering exceptional customer service.

Solicit and manage indirect auto loan accounts through dealer relationships. Underwrite, document, service, and collect loans while ensuring regulatory compliance, recommending loans for committee approval, and providing customer support and training.

Manage and underwrite indirect (dealer-originated) auto loan accounts, build dealer relationships to increase volume, service and collect on past-due loans, ensure proper documentation, interview applicants, analyze creditworthiness, approve loans within authority, and support loan committee and training.

Responsible for originating, underwriting, documenting, and servicing consumer loans in accordance with bank policy and regulations. Interview applicants, analyze financial information and creditworthiness, establish and negotiate loan terms, manage loan portfolio performance, collect past-due accounts, perform customer site inspections, advise clients on financial matters, sell bank products, and prepare loan submissions for committee approval as needed.

Provide customer-facing support for commercial lending: prepare and maintain loan files, obtain CIP and borrower documentation, coordinate closings and funding, order title/appraisal/evaluation services, manage lien filings (UCCs, deeds), process loan payments and wire transfers, handle document scanning/naming and exception follow-up, and perform related administrative tasks.

Provide customer-facing support for commercial lending: prepare new loans and maintain existing loan files, gather CIP and borrower documentation, enter data into Verafin and Silverlake, coordinate loan closings and document ordering, manage UCCs and lien perfection, process payments and disbursements, scan and organize loan packages, handle customer service requests, and assist with SBA and government-guaranteed loan documentation.
