Lead design and execution of end-to-end credit risk strategy for a Vietnam-focused digital credit card and BNPL product. Build underwriting, acceptance criteria, credit limits, fraud prevention, decisioning logic in a SaaS risk engine, portfolio monitoring and KRIs, regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Data Science on AI/ML models for scoring and fraud detection.

Support the Risk Lead by analyzing credit application and portfolio data, monitoring delinquency and fraud trends, configuring and testing risk rules, investigating suspicious transactions, and producing regular and ad-hoc risk reports using SQL, Excel and AI tools.

Build, test, and maintain backend microservices and APIs; integrate with SaaS platforms and partner bank systems; troubleshoot, ensure stability and performance; collaborate with frontend and product teams; use AI tools to aid development and testing.

Break features into user stories, run market and user research, manage documentation, coordinate UAT, track product metrics, analyze user behavior, and use AI tools to summarize feedback and inform iterations.

Lead design and execution of card issuing and lifecycle operations. Manage bank and vendor relationships, reconciliation, settlements, disputes, fraud support, KPIs, SOPs, and a small operations team. Implement monitoring, automation, and AI tools to optimize processes.

Manage daily card operations including application processing, activations, account maintenance, reconciliations, dispute (chargeback) handling, dashboard monitoring, escalation resolution, and process improvements using AI tools.

Lead product vision and roadmap for a mobile-first credit card and PayLater product for Vietnamese Gen Z/Millennials. Define requirements, own backlog, run discovery with design, engineering, risk, and ops, use data and AI tools to measure and iterate, and align product strategy with business goals and market insights.

Design, develop, and deploy ML models for credit risk, fraud detection, transaction categorization, and personalization. Build data pipelines, collaborate with product and risk teams, research AI techniques, and monitor models in production.

Lead brand and go-to-market strategy for a B2C fintech targeting Vietnamese Gen Z and Millennials. Manage digital channels (social, performance, content), drive user acquisition and CAC optimization, develop brand identity and messaging, collaborate with Product/Design, and use analytics and AI tools to measure and optimize campaigns.

Design mobile-first, user-centric interfaces for iOS and Android credit products. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Build and maintain a design system, collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing, conduct or support user research, and use AI tools for design exploration and asset generation.

Analyze large user and transaction datasets to generate insights, build predictive models (churn, CLV, creditworthiness), design A/B tests, create dashboards, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Engineering using AI-assisted tools.

Build and optimize mobile frontend features for a credit card/BNPL app. Translate designs into pixel-perfect UI, integrate REST APIs, manage state, write unit/integration tests, debug and optimize performance, and collaborate with designers and backend engineers.
