Role Overview:

• Shape the look, feel, and flow of our cutting-edge credit card app! You'll be the champion of user experience for our mobile-first generation.

• Design intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user interfaces for our mobile application (iOS & Android).

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that translate user needs and business requirements into beautiful designs.

• Develop and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing to iterate on designs based on feedback and data.

• Conduct user research (or collaborate on it) to understand user behaviors and pain points, ensuring our designs are truly user-centric.

• Leverage AI tools for design exploration, asset generation, or analyzing user feedback patterns.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design skills, particularly for mobile applications (fintech or consumer apps are a big plus).

• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma is highly preferred, Sketch, Adobe XD also relevant).

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and mobile design patterns (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design).

• Experience creating and working with design systems.

• Ability to think through complex user flows and simplify them.

• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., for ideation, image generation).

Good-to-Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience designing for fintech or financial products.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

• Basic understanding of frontend development capabilities (React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin).

• Motion design and animation skills.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
