Conduct client visits, manage sales targets and trade-lane budgets, submit RFQs and tenders, issue and follow up on quotations, maintain CRM activity records, pursue KPIs, resolve outstanding payments, generate qualified leads, and gather customer feedback to improve service.

Lead finance and controlling operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, managing a three-person accounting team and overseeing accounting, budgeting, reporting, cost accounting, and financial planning. Prepare local GAAP and IFRS-compliant statements, manage month-end close, deliver management reporting, ensure compliance, and improve business performance.
