You'll get to support the Corporate Sustainability Manager in developing , executing, and monitoring sustainability strategies and initiatives that comply with relevant regulations and are in alignment with the company’s long-term environmental and social goals.
In a collaborative environment, with colleagues committed to lifelong learning and self-improvement, you'll assist stakeholders in achieving meaningful, measurable outcomes that promote responsible and eco-friendly freight forwarding practices.
Your Key Contributions
- Work closely with the Corporate Sustainability Manager and support the execution and coordination of the group sustainability strategy within the company
- Coordinate and overlook environmental data collection (e.g. energy consumption, waste management, carbon emissions, and other environmental indicators), supporting the cargo-partner entities in the process
- Contribute to complying with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive requirements and all other legally binding regulations influencing cargo-partner
- Assist with the management of sustainability certifications or audits (Ecovadis, CDP etc.)
- Analyze and prepare reports on sustainability metrics and help to track progress towards company’ s environmental goals
- Support communication of sustainability initiatives, raising awareness and offering help in implementations and technical adaptations of the systems used in the company
What will make you Successful
- A degree in Sustainability/Business Administration/Project Management OR equivalent experience
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong skills in collecting and analyzing data, to create reports and present them to stakeholders
- Clear, concise communication, both written and verbal, to advocate for sustainability initiatives and ensure alignment across teams and with external stakeholders
- English language proficiency
- You're a result-oriented individual- consistently achieving goals and delivering high-quality outcomes=> demonstrating accountability and ownership
The minimum monthly salary starts from 1.800€ gross. The final compensation may go above, depending on your professional qualifications and experience and it will be discussed in the interviews.
