The Role

Are you a Support Engineer with expertise in Linux and Windows environments and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals looking for the next professional challenge?

Look no further: join our team where you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams that ensure a high level of system reliability and performance.

What you´ll be doing:

Provide second-level support for Linux and Windows systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues
Investigate and troubleshoot network-related problems, including connectivity and performance issues
Work closely with first-level support and escalate cases when necessary
Perform system monitoring, log analysis, and incident response
Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles: collaborate with other IT teams to optimize infrastructure and improve processes
Assist with patch management, system updates, and performance tuning
Ensure security best practices are followed across all systems

What you´ll need:

Strong experience with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL) and Windows Server administration
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls, etc.)
Experience with troubleshooting system and Java based application issues
Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policies, and Windows security
Experience using monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Checkmk, Nagios) and log analysis (syslog, ELK)
Scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
