Responsibilities:
- Administración de viajes – hospedaje y transporte.
- Facturación y comprobación de gastos de viaje.
- Asistencia con expedientes de empleados.
- Recepción de paquetería.
- Compras (papelería, limpieza, dispositivos).
- Administración de inventario de Marketing.
- Administración de inventario de IT.
- Servicios (Luz, internet, agua, mantenimiento a impresoras).
- Accesos a la oficina. (Tarjetas de acceso elevador y puerta).
- Suscripciones de ususarios en nuestras plataformas digitales.
- Posteo de facturas en cierre de mes.
- Atender llamadas telefonicas.
- Asistencia en eventos internos de la empresa.
Requirements:
- Customer Service
- Actitud positiva, atención al detalle e independencia.
- Buena comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.
- Microsoft office (Excel, Word , Power Point)
- Disponibilidad
